① Purchase the Service

First, please purchase your preferred Japan Shopping Service plan.

② Submit Your Request

After purchasing the service, please send us the details of the item(s) you would like us to purchase.

You may send us:

A product URL
A photo
A screenshot
A product name
Important details such as size, color, or version

③ Product Verification

We will check the following:

✔ Availability
✔ Price
✔ Product details

We will then inform you of the product cost.

Please note that prices and availability may change before the order is finalized.

④ Order Confirmation

Once you confirm that you would like to proceed, we will begin the purchasing process.

💳 Orders of ¥7,000 or More

For items costing ¥7,000 or more, we will send you a separate invoice for the product cost before purchasing the item.

We appreciate your understanding.

Items Under ¥7,000

For items costing less than ¥7,000, the product cost will generally be included in the final invoice together with international shipping and any other applicable costs.

The product costs will be clearly itemized on the invoice.

⑤ Product Purchase 

Once payment is confirmed, we will purchase your requested item(s).

We will do our best to purchase the exact item(s) you requested.

⑥ Receiving & Checking Your Items 📦

Once your items arrive at our facility, we will check and prepare them for international shipping.

We will then calculate the remaining costs, which may include:

International shipping fees
Taxes, duties, or mandatory fees paid in advance on your behalf, if applicable
Other necessary costs associated with completing your order

⑦ Final Invoice 💳

Once your package is ready, we will send you a final invoice for any remaining balance.

The invoice will clearly show the applicable costs.

⑧ Shipping ✈️

Once the final payment has been confirmed, we will ship your package.

After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number if a trackable shipping method has been selected.

📦 SHIPPING, TAXES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post.

Unless you request a different shipping method, we will use standard Airmail whenever available for your destination.

✈️ Want EMS?

If you would like your package to be shipped by EMS, please let us know when submitting your request.

EMS is generally a faster shipping option and includes tracking, but shipping costs may be higher.

Please check our Reference Shipping Rate Table for estimated shipping costs.

Please Note:

The shipping rates shown in our reference table are estimates for your reference only.

The final shipping cost is calculated based on the completed package after all items have arrived.

The final package weight may include:

• Your purchased items
• Shipping boxes
• Protective packaging
• Bubble wrap and packing materials

Therefore, the final shipping cost may be higher than the weight of the products alone.

🌎 CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales taxes or other charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and regulations.

In some cases:

🇯🇵 Japan Post or the shipping carrier may require taxes or duties to be paid before the package can be shipped or delivered.

If YUI JAPAN is required to pay any taxes, duties or mandatory fees on behalf of the customer in advance, these additional costs will be added to the customer's final invoice.

The customer is responsible for all applicable:

• Import duties
• Customs fees
• VAT
• Taxes
• Government charges
• Other mandatory import-related fees

Unfortunately, YUI JAPAN cannot control or predict customs charges because they vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

🔄 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICE CHANGES

Prices and availability can change quickly.

A product may become unavailable or increase in price before we are able to complete the purchase.

We will always inform you if there is a significant change before proceeding whenever possible.

🎨 PRODUCT CONDITION

For secondhand and marketplace purchases, products may have:

Signs of use
Minor scratches
Damage to packaging
Missing accessories

We will review the available product information, but we cannot guarantee the condition of secondhand items beyond what is shown or described by the seller.

🚫 COUNTERFEIT ITEMS

YUI JAPAN will do our best to avoid suspicious listings.

However, for marketplace and secondhand purchases, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of items unless authenticity can be officially verified.

📦 PACKAGE INSPECTION

We carefully check that the items received generally match the customer's order.

However, we are not responsible for:

Manufacturer defects
Hidden defects
Product performance
Allergic reactions
Damage inside sealed packaging
🚫 RESTRICTED ITEMS

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to postal regulations, airline regulations or import restrictions.

Examples may include certain:

Liquids
Aerosols
Flammable products
Batteries
Pressurized products

If an item cannot legally or safely be shipped to your country, we may be unable to complete the order.
